Employment at Futures
Philadelphia Futures' mission is to provide low-income, first-generation-to-college students with the tools, resources and opportunities necessary for admission to and success in college. In 2011 White-Williams Scholars - with a 200 year history of serving students living in poverty - and Philadelphia Futures - with a 23 year track record of helping Philadelphia students enter and succeed in college - merged. Following the merger, the organization undertook a strategic planning process. The Plan that emerged reaffirmed the strength of our work and identified areas for smart growth.
Philadelphia Futures has a budget of $3 million and a staff of 33.
The Office of College Retention and Success supports over 300 college students at 50 colleges and universities.
