Alumni Notes

Congratulations to one of the newest members of the SAS Alumni Network, Siedah Garrett, SAS Class of 2007, who completed her degree in Psychology from Hampton University in December 2010 and is currently employed as an Analyst with Accenture in Washington, DC.

Bianca Montalmont, SAS Class of 2007, Lincoln University Class of 2011, has been accepted to Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions to the Hahnemann Physician's Assistant Program.

Cameo Pritchett, SAS Class of 2008, Kutztown Univesity Class of 2011, is currently pursuing his master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Kutztown University. 

Brandy Pickens, SAS Class of 1994, Oberlin College Class of 1999, earned her doctoral degree in Biochemistry from Temple University.  She is the first Sponsor-A-Scholar alumna to earn a PhD.

As you’re building your career, we hope that you’ll remember the responsibility that accompanies success. We encourage you to remain involved with Philadelphia Futures and help the next generation of SAS students to fulfill their potential.

Alumni Fund

The newly established Alumni Fund supports current Sponsor-A-Scholar students. All gifts from alumni will be added to the Fund, and those alumni who contribute to the Fund will have the opportunity to decide how the resources will be used. 

The Fund offers SAS Alumni a personal and unique way to impact the next generation of SAS students. Gifts to the Alumni Fund in any amount are deeply appreciated. To make a donation, please access our secure feature Donate Now.
