If you or your student is interested in joining a Philadelphia Futures program, you are encouraged to learn more about Sponsor-A-Scholar (SAS) and College Connection.

Philadelphia Futures Eligibility Checklist:
- You are a first-generation-to-college student. This means that neither biological parent has obtained a bachelor’s degree from an American college or university.
- You live in and attend a Philadelphia high school.
- You are motivated to succeed and have strong grades.
- You meet family income requirements. Eligible family income is determined by the number of people in your household. We will require proof of income.
Sponsor a Scholar Program
For prospective SAS students to apply, you must be a current 8th grader who will be attending a Philadelphia public high school. SAS students are paired with an individual mentor to offer outside guidance and support. Additionally, they receive a $6,000 stipend for college-related expenses. College Connection Program
For prospective College Connection students to apply, you must be a current 10th grader who is attending a Philadelphia public, public charter, or parochial high school. The College Connection program offers intensive college preparation guidance, as well as a $3,000 stipend for college-related expenses. Find out more on our College Connection program page.
