Her next step is to start applying to medical school. Her proudest accomplishment was completing 10 weeks of research in Puerto Rico on HPV and creating a manuscript that is pending publication. She will soon start her career as a mental health clinician for the State College Area School District. She will remain in that role and eventually go back for her EdD in Educational Leadership. Her education will be covered by her place of work. Terrance Williams (Sponsor-A-Scholar 2001) is a graduate of St. Joseph's University with a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. He also holds a bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College. He will soon start his career as an Assistant Principal in the Upper Darby School District. His proudest accomplishment was getting selected as the 2022 Awardee of the Educational Administration and Leadership program.Doctorate DegreeKali Avans (Sponsor-A-Scholar 2007) is a graduate of Cabrini University with a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. His next step is to enroll in a principal certification program. His favorite memories have been recalling all of his experiences at Philadelphia Futures and how it all led to his unexpected pathway to becoming Dr. Avans. William Ruan (Sponsor-A-Scholar 2016) is a graduate of the University of the Sciences with a doctorate degree in Pharmacy. He is currently preparing to take the NAPLEX and MPJE law exams to get officially licensed as a pharmacist in PA. His favorite part of his college experience was working with his PF Advisor Abby Godfrey, the best college advisor that he has ever known.
