Students took English and Math classes, asand collegian graduateswell as College 101, a class which included panel discussions withcurrent collegians, critical dialogue sessions on current events,resume and LinkedIn career workshops, and academic researchtraining from a Drexel librarian.College Consultations: The College Success team conducted summer consultations remotely this summer, virtually seeing over 350 collegians one-on-one via Google Meet. Consultations are an important time for reviewing academic progress, looking raised for our Opportunity Fundover financial aid and billing statements, and checking in on student well-being. Our student speakers shared their stories and well wishes for their peers. We heard fromGovernor Wolf, Superintendent of the School District of Philadelphia Dr. William Hite, PA Secretary of EducationPedro Rivera, college presidents, media celebrities, board members, and staff who continuously work to upliftthe next generation.
