b'Forward to an Anti-Racist TransformationFutures continued to move forward with our anti-racist transformationFiscal accountability in concrete ways in 2020-21: is a core value of our In October 2020, Futures hired The Roz Group (TRG), a Black-owned, organization. We are woman-owned consultancy firm, to conduct a diversity, inclusion,and equity assessment of our organization. TRG surveyed students, pleased to share our families, staff, and stakeholders about their experiences at Philadelphia key financial results Futures. In addition, TRG conducted focus groups and interviews, and led several staff conversations and two workshops focused on transforming for 2020-2021.the organization. In Summer 2020 and Winter 2021, Futures hosted two virtual town hallCorporations Foundationsevents, designed for high school and college students to share their 21% 32%experiences with bias, racism, and racial injustice in our programs andbeyond. Futures staff provided framing for each event, but the discussion was facilitated by two external higher education administrators, andsmall groups were led by Futures collegians.Revenue Futures activated the following changes to internal policies and practices:$ 4,298,312 The ART Task Force assisted with accountability and measurementof our transformation.The College Access and Success teams reviewed their academic course Individuals Otherofferings through our ART rubric. 24% 3% Futures created and funded facilitated ART spaces for staff.
